Approving Schedules Online Using IQWeb
1. To use online registration you must
first log in to the IQWeb system. (http://trojansweb.andersonuniversity.edu/iqweb).
Login to IQWeb with your Login ID and Password.
*Note: Your IQWeb password does not change when your e-mail account password is changed.
2. After logging in to IQWeb, you will see a calendar on your screen. Your name should also appear at the top of the screen, directly to the left of the Anderson University header. Click on Aprove Schedules in the gold left-hand menu.

Your screen should now look like the one below:
3. Click on the My Advisees tab. You can search for the student by entering in information about the student (such as last name) and clicking on the button.
*Note: You do not need to enter in all of the information about the student. The last name and possibly a first name should be enough. You could also enter the Student ID Number in the People ID category. If you do not list any information, all of your advisees will be listed.
4. After getting the results of your search, find the student that you wish to approve the schedule for.

5. To view the student's schedule, click on the that is under the View column.
6. The student's schedule should now appear on your screen. Review the schedule and look for any time conflicts and/or prerequisite problems.
You can individually Approve or Decline a class by selecting the to the left of the class itself.

You can also Approve or Decline the entire schedule by selecting the to the left of the action that you choose.

7. After you have reviewed and approved/declined all of the proposed classes, click on the Process Schedule link to submit the student's schedule.
*Note: The student is NOT IN THE CLASS UNTIL YOU PROCESS THE SCHEDULE.
8. You can now review and approve other schedules by clicking on the Search For Another User link. Repeat steps 3-8.
