Viewing Your Financial Aid Using IQWeb
1. To use Financial Aid Information you must first log in to the IQWeb system. (http://trojansweb.andersonuniversity.edu/iqweb).
Login to IQWeb with your Login ID and Password.
*Students: your Login ID is your new e-mail address
(If you are a student and have not obtained your Login ID yet, you may go to https://aunet.andersonuniversity.edu/iqwebaccount to obtain it.)
*Unless you have already changed your password in IQWeb, your password is the last 6 digits of your Social Security Number. You may change it after you log in.
*Note: Your IQWeb password does not change when your e-mail account password is changed.
2. After logging in to IQWeb, you will see a calendar on your screen. Your name should also appear at the top of the screen, directly to the left of the Anderson University header. Click on Financial Aid in the gold left-hand menu.
3. You will need to select an award year from the drop-down box labeled Award Year. Remember that award years start with the Fall Term and go through the next Summer. So if you are actually in Spring 2009, the award year is still 2008.
4. Your screen should now appear similar to the one below (the items will of course be different):
5. Each line shows financial aid applied to your account. In the column called "Anticipated", "No" means that the aid has actually been awarded to your account (Disbursed). A "Yes" means that this aid is expected (but not guaranteed) to be applied to your account in the future.
6. To see detailed information about your Financial Aid Status, click Financial Aid Details in the gold left-hand menu.
7. Your screen should now look similar to this (the items will of course be different):
